You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest or to vote. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Odds of winning depend on number of votes. Automated entry of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to entries being voided at the sole discretion of The Trentonian.

Only one registered account per entrant. If multiple accounts are detected for a single entrant, they will be disabled and entries disqualified.

Employees of Northeast Publishing Company, Inc. its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the promotion commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the promotion.

Entrants further grant to Northeast Publishing Company, Inc. the right to use and publish their proper name online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the entrant’s photographs/video’s and their images.

Northeast Publishing Company, Inc. reserves the right to use any and all information related to the promotion, including information on entrant’s obtained through the promotion for marketing purposes or any other purpose without any payment to entrant, unless prohibited by law.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail or phone notification.

If a  winner is selected, she is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes resulting from the $500 gift card.

This promotion is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that an entrant is using the promotion for gambling purposes she will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
